Abraham Lake Nature Reserve, 256-hectare in Halifax County Nova Scotia is owned by the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) and is a provincially designated nature reserve under the Special Places Act. Abraham Lake Nature Reserve is an outstanding example of old-growth Red Spruce forest, a forest type that is now extremely rare in Nova Scotia.
